Linking EUREPGAP-criteria and Quality Care
EUREPGAP has been the start of Quality Care for many of our customers. A lot of EUREPGAP-criteria are common. Growers have already data recording systems, a lot of documents and safety rules. With DeliCare it is possible to combine all information and data to one integrated system for Quality Care.
Objectives EUREPGAP
EUREPGAP strives to a worldwide produce standard for good agricultural practise.
The main objectives are:
* Food safety
* Environment protection
* Health, safety and welfare for workers on the farms.
* Animal welfare
EUREPGAP: necessary producestandard and the start for "Daily Quality Care"
As a EUREPGAP grower you have to work conform the EUREPGAP complience criteria, u.a. data recording, saving documents, traceability and so on. Already in 2001 DeliSense developed a total concept for Quality Care based on EUREPGAP and ISO-principles, together with an innovative group of Dutch vegetable growers. In cooperation with our customers, we developed a practical introduction method; especially for growers associations, who wants to exchange data in a network for traceability and benchmarking. DeliSense can help the growers association with a practical introduction in a standard form for all members.
